hi i'm Meredith

My journey into nutrition wasn’t just professional—it was personal. In 2014, my beautiful child was hospitalized for a month with what was eventually diagnosed as Crohn’s disease, an autoimmune condition. We followed the conventional path: immune-suppressing infusions, steroids, and a prescribed diet that surprisingly included mostly processed foods and lacked nutrient-dense, whole foods. It made no sense to me.

I couldn’t help but wonder: Could food be making things worse—or better?

Doctors dismissed my concerns, but I turned to the mom network and lots of research. What I discovered was life-changing. We implemented a specific nutritional approach, and within three months, everything changed. My child’s debilitating symptoms eased, and biomarkers for disease significantly improved—all through food.
